Life Happens.. that is what I was learning about today at the women's conference that we had in our stake. I learned about adversity from this lady that lost 2 babies as stillborns, and then adopted 3 from China. (They should have handed out tissues instead of handouts).
The next guy talked about internet safety. Since my kids are always texting, emailing, blogging this was way cool. My kids are just too smart for me. Especially when it comes to the internet.
Okay, this was my favorite. Darly Hoole came and spoke about The Ulitmate Career... Homemeakers. So i listened, came home and cleaned like I haven't done for months!! Yeh, I am proud to announce that I do have a kitchen counter, and tile floors.. I was begining to wonder about that. Now if I could just find my washer.....
Last year, I came home scared that we were going to be hit with the bird flu the nect day, and I didn't have my 10 year supply of food. Today I just came home feeling good about being a mom. It was great.

All About Judy
1) I am a freak about germs. I do not like to touch things that are dirty.
2)I am a Dr. Laura-aholic.
3)I love my husband, and feel very fortunate when he comes home and doesn't judge us when the front room has homework all over it, or when my dinners are more like burnt offerings, or when I talk about my psych classes and he listens when I am sure he doesn't care, especially when I am venting about something that makes no sense to mebut most important because I am his girlfriend after 15 years of marriage.
4)I am a sports mom. I love to watch my kids in sports, and you would think that it was the world series when they make a home-run.
5)I love the scriptures, and eventhough I do not talk about these feelings, it is because I do not want to have them thrown on the wayside.
6) I once stopped drinking caffiene for 6 weeks on a dare.
7) Red Lobster has now replaced Olive Garden as my NEW favorite place to eat. The Lobster Pizza is AMAZING
